xxxx Geyserville Cellars Zinfandel Dry Creek Old Vines
Brambly flavors of blackberry, boysenberry and raspberry with a drop of spice greet the nose while the palate is loaded with dark berry fruit, cherry cola, and a smidge of pepper. This Zinfandelís core is framed with ripe tannins, accented with toasted almonds and cacao. Cool evening hand-harvested grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine was aged for 18 months in 85% used/15% new French oak barrels.
We boast some of the most magnificent vineyards and talented winemakers in the world. Visitors come to Geyserville from around the world to experience the finest in food and wine, as well as our gorgeous and romantic country side that rivals even the most exotic of European destinations. Geyserville, located on the Rancho Tzabaco Mexican Land Grant, owes its foundation to the discovery in 1847 of a series of hot springs, fumaroles, and steam vents in a gorge in the mountains of Sonoma County, California.
