2013 Cricklewood Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich red/black fruit with silky tannins. Full bodied packed with flavors of blackberries followed by toasty oak, cocoa, spice and vanilla. A long and satisfying finish makes it a great match with veal Milanese, pork ribs in a honey glaze sauce, grilled t-bone steaks medium rare and hard cheeses with crusted bread.
