2016 Montmassot Rose Cotes De Thau - Co
The IGP Côte de Thau is an appellation belonging to the Languedoc region in the Herault department. The IGP Cotes de Thau Montmassot is produced by a group of growers located in the village of Florensac.
« Montmassot » is the name of a specific vineyard area in the estate. The vineyard is located close to the Thau lagoon in the Western part of the Mediterranean Gulf.
Grenache 50%, Cinsault 50%

Soils: sand, silt and clay
Very short maceration for the color extraction followed by pressing and racking of the must. The fermentation then takes place at low temperature.
This wine has a delicate aroma on the nose with aromas of currant, strawberry, peach and rose. A fine and light rosé. Perfect with grilled white meat, fresh salads and fruit foam. Serve chilled
