Preparation: Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add the following: 2 oz Rum Maceration (see recipe below), 4 oz Pineapple Juice, and one bar spoon of Light Brown Sugar. Shake vigorously. Strain in to an ice-filled highball glass.
Standard Garnish: Sprinkle with a dusting of nutmeg and garnish with a cube of pineapple and a cherry.
Drinkware: Highball Glass
Rum Maceration Recipe: Combine the Rum, Pineapple, Vanilla Bean, and Cinnamon Sticks in a pitcher and macerate for 36-48 hours stirring once daily. Strain back in to rum bottle.
