Pierre Peters has developed, from generation to generation, their own selection process at harvest - a critical step in making great wine. Their estate vineyards contain vines that average 30 years of age that are farmed organically - an innovation in Champagne. Each year they work on their cultivation methods to highlight the terroir and produce a Champagne that expresses more precisely the richness, subtlety and the elegance of the Côte des Blancs.
