Dark mahogany color. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, mocha, cocoa and toffee. Very complex on the palate, with clean acidity. Flavor of raisins, walnuts and caramelized orange.
Its aging recalls that of those wines that crossed the oceans in the s. XVII towards the colonies and returned to European ports with greater complexity and silkiness.
Made from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to re-age in a 45-cask Solera located in the winery's Sacristy.
