As with the 2018, the 2017 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc offers more richness and opulence than prior vintages, being brought up in 90% new French oak demi-muids. It boasts a honeyed, powerful bouquet of caramelized stone fruits, toasted bread, spice, and honeycomb. With plenty of density and depth, subtle oak, and good balance, it’s ideal for drinking over the coming 2-3 years.
