Ready to gather friends and family in your own home for a party? We offer a bevy of carry-out gourmet options including cheese and antipasto platters, crudités made from fresh vegetables, sandwiches, seasonal fresh salads, chips, dips, and tapenades that will upgrade your party to fabulous. Our experienced staff can even help you stock the bar for the event! They’ll help determine the perfect mix of wine, beer, and spirits to purchase. We’ll even offer a full refund for unopened bottles of wine and liquor if you purchase too much. You can also rent glassware from us so that you can serve drinks, wines, and beer in the perfect vessels.

We’re often told that our staff is so helpful, customers want them at their next gathering. Good news! You can! Need a wine consultant for your wine tasting party? Need a bartender to shake up unique signature drinks to make your party dazzle? We’ve got you covered!

The Tasting Room

Host your next gathering in our private room at the Brown Derby Wine Center & Marketplace! It’s the perfect space for small parties, wedding and baby showers, retirement parties, business meetings and presentations, specialty food and wine pairing parties, and so much more. From food and drinks to decor and clean up, we’ll take care of it all so that you can enjoy your party!

-Terms & Agreements -

$200 Room Rental Fee. Fee is waived if $200+ in food & beverage is purchased. $50 non-refundable service fee. Credit card number required at time of reservation.

The Tasting Room may require a deposit prior to your event. The remaining balance, including any additional purchases is due at the end of the event. 

Please allow a minimum of two weeks advanced notice for reserving room.

You may arrive up to 1 hour before your event to decorate the space to best suit your needs, or we can provide decorations.

We can create and print custom menus for your event for a small fee. Two week notification is required.

If you have specific requirements for your event (food allergies, service, presentation) please let us know in advance so that we can make the proper arrangements.
